Deepening Thoughts on the Retreat

Awakening is:

Recognizing and making it the content of life that we are spiritual beings who wanted to have a temporary human experience and that we come from the Source. That we are free to shape our lives as we wish and are aware that we will live with the consequences and lessons of these actions.

The Reprogramming

The tools and materials serve to change or delete unwanted beliefs. We eliminate all views that can act against our new basic belief. And we learn to dissolve all injuries that prevent us in life from being who we want to be. That prevent us from living out our new identity.

We learn to create in an efficient way. It enables us to lead a freely determined life.

We train and establish a state that best enables us to integrate our higher self and still function in everyday life.

What are we?

The following experiment was conducted in quantum physics laboratories: A vacuum was created – the emptiest space we can create – and this was cooled to 0 degrees Kelvin, which is considered absolute zero. It was expected that absolutely nothing would be measured.

However, it was found that quantum particles emerge and disappear there, countless and continuously.

This happens throughout the universe, all the time. Energy always pulsates, which seems to look out from a layer "underneath" and gives the impression of being ready to transform into something.

A now older discovery is that 95% of what the universe consists of is made up of so-called dark energy or matter. This cannot be investigated with today's measurement methods, or there is no conclusive theory about what it is.

It is so natural that mind can move matter that we no longer notice it and try to prove it through telekinesis... But we do walk around, don't we?

We see an empty plot of land, imagine a house, a vegetable garden, a well, friends coming to the housewarming party. That is the mind (which incidentally creates positive feelings in this case).

Then we imagine we also had the money for it.

Every day we think about this house, collect photos of houses, we look at furniture in stores that we like and consider how they would be accommodated in the house.

After a while... "coincidences" happen.

We get a better job where we can save money, inherit something from an uncle we hadn't classified as wealthy, or something else.

If we stay in this attitude and continue to wish for this house, it can finally happen that it stands there.

This can be a house, a relationship, a hobby, etc. It seems that when we wish for something intensely enough, not only our immediate influence determines the outcome, but something else "helps" additionally.

Where does our life come from?

From our parents, who in turn got it from their parents. And so on.

The prerequisite was that living beings passed it on.

But when did it start? With the apes? With the aliens? With their ancestors? With the primordial bacteria? With the eukaryotes? With the nebula from which our solar system consisted? With the Big Bang?

The point is clear, isn't it? Life can only be passed on by the living. It passes itself on, so to speak.

It seems logical then that life itself had no beginning. So even from the evidence that we can observe from "this side" of the universe, so to speak, we cannot identify a logical beginning.

We talked about how even in nothingness it teems with quantum particles, that under the matter that is visible to us and our measuring instruments, there must be much more.

If we consult the wisdom from the spiritual teachers of various epochs and cultures, "life" is what is ultimately underneath.

Now this life is not just a beating heart or a running cat. There is probably no term to describe it adequately or comprehensively.

Approximately we can try to speak of all-encompassing basic energy, divine power, or creating and self-organizing energy. I like the term "the Force".

The Force is apparently "neutral", i.e., it can in principle transform into anything that makes any sense – for it. The extreme diversity of life forms on Earth, the bacteria that can even develop under radioactivity, show it.

It can create saints as well as criminals, poisons as well as remedies, joy as well as pain, friend as well as enemy. It is amoral. It allows all variants that are possible.

There is nothing that does not consist of it. Nothing.

So we are made of nothing else. We are nothing other than the Force.

What I have learned shows me that the Force – despite all neutrality and amorality – works from a positive energy, from love. Therefore, for me, our essence is pure love. And it is our birthright to live in the energy of love.

Awakening more clearly defined

A perceptible property of the Force for us is consciousness.

The body has a consciousness. This ends with death.

Our higher self or soul also has a consciousness. Numerous studies on near-death experiences (NDEs) show that we possess a consciousness that continues to exist outside the body.

In a study described by Bruce Greyson, an 8-year-old told, among other things, that in his NDE he felt like an adult, with the feeling of having a great wealth of experience that did not come from his short stay on Earth. He felt freed from the limitations of the body. Many report that they perceive everything more intensely, as if the body is a somewhat cloudy lens through which we see everything when we are in it.

What else indicates that we are in the body, but not this body?

Telepathy, inspiration, received music, channeling, UFO sightings (some can see them while others, in the same place, cannot), paranormal phenomena and not least our feeling that we are "more", that there must be something greater than what we perceive.

It seems to be that our memory is not stored in the body. The thoughts of all beings are stored in a kind of "field" and we can – or cannot – access it.

Our brain remembers by connecting with thoughts stored there. It is trained to establish this connection. If the ability to establish new connections is reduced by disease, age, etc., one only remembers older experiences or thoughts, but short-term memory becomes less.

The body thus acts more like a transmitting and receiving instrument. When it is young and fit, the transmission and reception performance is best. As the quality of the body decreases, the experience becomes correspondingly clouded.

When we awaken, we set out to identify and connect with the part of us that lives in this energy field. This part has only partially incarnated and will continue to travel after it has detached itself from the current body again.

Awakening is the way to dive into our own magnificence and enrich our life on Earth. It is not an end state. There are probably infinite levels of awakening. And when we reach the Source, there are probably infinite sources that we may experience.

Awakening is gaining the freedom to be what makes sense for each of us.

To be as free as the Force. It becomes what it can and wants to become. We have inherited this right from it and no human can forbid it to us.

What about morality and laws?

Well, like all living beings, we must accept the consequences of our actions. These can be that we become rich or that we apply violence against someone who proves to be stronger.

What I found as the best ethical rule so far is: "be to others as you would like others to be to you".

I think with this restriction one can get along well and harmlessly in society.

Otherwise there are only the rules we give ourselves.

The Force stands above humans, as they all originate from it. There are no hierarchies, castes, rich/poor, etc. Also all animals, insects, etc. originate, like us, from the Force and are in principle equal to us.

Therefore, I consider it questionable when humans set up rules for other humans that mean inappropriate restrictions that go beyond what can be considered necessary in a society. But here everyone is asked to define their own standards.

But the most important thing is that we allow ourselves to shape our lives overall and not try to remain in compromise from stored restrictions.

Awakening is liberation and self-empowerment, based on our existential reality, as children of the Force.

The Healing and Awakening Materials

How does a human life usually begin?

Fetal phase, birth trauma → 5 - 7 years hypnosis → survival programs → personality

Fetal Phase, Birth Trauma

Humans possess three brains: brain stem, midbrain and forebrain.

Many studies, including from the Max Planck Institute or from Carl Huter, show that the brain stem – as the original brain or reptilian brain – can be assigned drives, fear, flight/fight reflexes as well as basic body functions. The midbrain, developed by mammals, is attributed love, care, group belonging feeling as well as warmth. The forebrain, the youngest, is seen as responsible for thinking, language, ethics, mysticism as well as for subjective feeling.

Sometimes one speaks of red, green and blue or impatient, comfortable and head-heavy, etc.

These three areas develop differently from person to person.

Stimuli arising through moods, emotions or thoughts of the mother can be felt by the fetus, as positive or negative.

These stimuli are processed according to their intensity in these three centers, and more intensively, the more developed the center is. If the stimuli become too great, they leave an emotional scar, so to speak, in the respective center.

Human Design (by Ra Uru Hu) defines that three months before birth, a first awareness of the fetus occurs. This shapes or fixes the subconscious. At birth, the conscious is then shaped. It follows that humans possess two basic impulses to react to situations.

When we are born, we can experience a life-threatening – or perceived as such – situation that can be long or strenuous. This is usually crowned by a successful outcome, but this process can also leave negative traces. Normal birth does not have to be seen as entirely negative (in cesarean section this "final success experience" is missing), but an intensive birth can also leave emotional scars.

5 - 7 Years Hypnosis

When we grow up, we literally soak up all information that reaches us – primarily through parents and later possibly through kindergarten or relatives. This is a primal program of the body to enable us to adapt to our environment as quickly as possible and thus increase our chances of survival. It is seen as a hypnosis phase.

But this also means that we unquestioningly adopt aspects of personality, beliefs, etc. of our parents and make them part of our personality.

If our parents are atheists, we may also become atheists. If they are believers, but we experience a disappointment or a stark contradiction to this belief early on, we can also become atheists. However it is, it shapes us.

In this period of our lives, most people of our time are imprinted with the belief that we are humans. Perhaps it is even imprinted that our body is all we are. And this remains stored deep within us.

All beliefs from this time are stored in the unconscious and act from then on invisibly, transparently for us.

Survival Programs

In addition, emotional injuries in this time are processed by us according to our centers, or, if they are too strong, repressed. In existential threats – and these do not have to mean that we can be eaten by a tiger right away, but it can also be that we have to recite a poem in front of other children at age three and we store this as "too much" – we try to react according to our centers and solve the situation.

That is, we react instinctively (e.g., with fear or aggression), emotionally (e.g., we are very sweet/manipulative or try desperately not to make mistakes next time) or mentally (e.g., we go into a beautiful fantasy, a book, a computer game or withdraw and want to be alone where no one can hurt us).

If we were able to alleviate our stressful or threatening situation through this, we will apply it further times and it then becomes a pattern. We apply it whenever a roughly similar situation occurs in life. In doing so, we fall into a kind of hypnosis in which we can hardly recognize what is going on with us right now.

Personality

Personality is the sum of all aspects that shaped us especially in this childish phase: traumas and the coping or survival strategies, beliefs as well as other unconscious habits.

Personality acts from the subconscious. Bruce Lipton even believes that 95% of our lives are controlled by the subconscious (hypnosis-like acting) and only 5% make up our conscious life.

Usually our behavior is determined by a personality that we have not consciously chosen and this is very important.

This is not an optimal, freely determined structure and it does not correspond to us and what we might have intended on Earth in an appropriate way.

We are binary beings: i.e., we consist of an animal – the body – and a spirit – the soul.

We tend to organize this duality instinctively in the form of an "intimate" or subconscious and a conscious behavior. One can therefore expect that we actually have two Enneagram types (as well as in Human Design two aspects of our being are presented): One type regulates our behavior outward and one type our intimate or private area, so to speak.

This intimate area mainly concerns the soul, its longings and ideals but also our behavior in intimate and family relationships – and the automatic patterns for this.

How does healing proceed?

The goal of the healing process is to uncover unconscious aspects of our existence and in the end enable us to choose which of these aspects we want to keep – this time as a conscious decision – or redefine. We use the following tools for this:

The Enneagram

It uncovers the characteristics of personality and the survival programs that otherwise remain unnoticed, unconscious. The origin of the Enneagram is unclear. George I. Gurdjieff is said to have learned it from the Sufis. Oscar Ichazo used it intensively. Claudio Naranjo learned it from him. Claudio Naranjo is said to be the most important student and successor of Fritz Perls (inventor of Gestalt therapy). Naranjo organized and refined the Enneagram according to psychological standards. After that, a number of people have used the Enneagram and partly misunderstood it or unjustifiably beautified it (after all, it is initially about disorders, i.e., diseases).

The Enneagram is initially based on these discussed three centers. Because these naturally represent too simple an interpretive basis, they are divided into three more focal points each. This gives us 9 personality types – so-called archetypes. If one wants to show some of the ugly sides mercilessly exemplarily, then we can divide them like this:

Physical:
1 Inward-directed anger, know-it-all, places himself above others and punishes.
8 Dominant, takes what "belongs" to him, impatiently explosive.
9 Can talk endlessly, wants to change nothing, likes to eat, not open to new things.

Emotional:
2 Sweet manipulative, anger when the other does not honor the services
3 Does everything perfectly to be loved, strict with himself
4 Siblings or friends got more back then, envy, the prince(ss) will come

Mental:
5 Thinks and reads a lot, analyzes, feels safer alone
6 Avoids having fear by all means, prevents, suppresses dangers in daredevil acts
7 Suppresses reality, flees into beautiful stories, addicted to pleasure.

All nine Enneagram disorders have their cause in lack of love.

After healing the Enneagram disorders, the learned skills of the survival programs remain, which we can now use for our freely determined life, this time consciously and constructively. As already mentioned, I recommend "The Enneagram of Society" by C. Naranjo.

Dissolution Techniques

Survival programs should serve to protect stored injuries (traumas). Situations that have any similarity to those that have inflicted injuries on us should be avoided from the outset. These injuries must be dissolved in order to be able to safely abandon these protection programs. Also the unwanted beliefs that we mostly adopted in childhood should be dissolved.

Creating

New beliefs, instead of the old ones, can be created and integrated. Only if we plant these into the subconscious can they work, because 95%... (you know).

Plant Medicine

Loosens rigid views and allows us to perceive and explore our expanded nature. Shows what we should change or who we can become.

Ways of life of indigenous peoples

It can be inspiring to look more closely at some aspects of the life of indigenous people, because they could become part of a new society that combines the best of the modern and the past.

Before work is after work

If we want to eliminate imprints that have probably worked in us for decades and have firmly nested in the subconscious, it is not enough to read a good book or have a beautiful meditation.

Success promises consistent and regular, continuous as well as targeted work. The exercises provided should therefore be carried out systematically and according to plan, and adapted to progress if necessary.

It is about reprogramming the subconscious, and this requires a minimum of determination. You have it in your hands. It is the first step into a self-determined life to reach the best version of yourself. Therefore it is worth it.
